Image 17: Bass unit cap underside closeupOne of the things that struck me about the underside of this cap is how rough-looking it is. I don't know what parts contractor made it and how, but it really has the look of someone crudely taking scissors to a pressed form. Not that the appearance of hidden parts matters from the viewpoint of performance or overall looks, but this is a TAM, after all...
